Internet access at SSR?

I know we can use dial-up...but do the villas also have the $10/day high speed internet access hook-up?

We're going to SSR for T-giving, then to BWV in Jan and to BCV in May...so I'd actually like to know if the high-speed internet access is generally available at all the villas, or at just some, or not at all?

I believe it is in all rooms. We used the high speed connection at SSR a few weeks ago and it was $10/day.

Since I'm new to the DVC, is there a way to make suggestions to DVC management?

I think that free internet for DVC members would be a good "perk"
I would think it would be easy to implement, have a sign on using your member number or something like that.....

little or nothing is free with dvc - we pay for all or most of our perks in one form or another - the cost of implementing high speed internet connections has not yet been justified - i think the basic "conflict" lies within the question of why should those who don't use their computers when at the world pay for something they are not using and would essentially be subsidising the cost for the use of others.

use the search function and you might get to see the many threads/thoughts on just this topic - it's been brought up before.

but that's not to say that you shouldn't let dvc know of your desire to pay a bit more in your dues so that high speed access can be provided for all.
