I'm pretty ticked with Kohl's again this year. They have hands down the worst shipping every year.
One of my orders (placed 12/03) just finally shipped on 12/15. I never received an email from them like many others did apologizing for the weather delay (please, they have terrible shipping every year). And, no code for me. I'm very unhappy with their service and sent them an email finally yesterday to let them know. No response yet and I'm not counting on getting a response.
I had my 4th phone call to Kohl's CS this morning regarding an order I placed Nov 26th that they show in shipped status but it hasn't left the Kohl's warehouse AND a "replacement order just in case" that hasn't moved from "in fulfillment" status since Dec 8th.
I could give you the LONG story, but to date they not only messed up the original order - can't find it, and can't replace the items - but also the replacement order! I could literally walk into the Kohl's store TODAY and pick up the items they "comp'd" me on the replacement order due to unavailability when they tried to reorder, but I refuse.
They told me two weeks ago they were crediting me back for the items on the first order and I could keep them if they arrived.
No credit - no items.
Today I call back - the girl proceeds to say they can't credit me for the items until they can prove that the items were delivered.

Oh, so if the item NEVER leaves the facility I can't get my money back? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
I ordered these things on Nov 26th-admit something happened, credit me back and for the love of all that is holy PLEASE get the replacement order right.
I didn't order 2 days BEFORE Black Friday to have them tell me that they are doing their best to have them there no later than 5pm on CHRISTMAS EVE.
I already went out and replaced the items that they couldn't send in the replacement order. If BOTH orders aren't at my door by Christmas Eve I don't even know WHAT to do!??
Oh, no gift cert or anything either...I don't know WHAT is going on.
What would you do?
