I can't believe someone would try and trade the Scoop pin. I am sure Scoop himself will follow up on this matter. He takes the name of each person he awards his pin to and writes it down in a book. That way he can trace back who sells or trades the pin away.
I will cherish mine and it has a place right next to my CTT that Scoop awarded me last year. Peggie

The person probably made a phony pinpics account to trade that pin. He may have there name but it doesn't mean they registered on pinpics with the same name. And unless they tell you what number pin it is, how would scoop know?

I was looking through this person's lists and I think he/she has just made a mistake. Look at pin #3742. It's listed as an owned pin, a trader pin, and a wants pin. I think maybe this person just didn't quite know how to set up pins in the database....
