Interesting article about Walt and food

Looks like the PBS Food site has posted this article to go with tonight's documentary. Its not super enlightening, but I don't know that I've ever seen/read/heard anything about Walt and food.

I suppose you could make the Lemon Pie while you watch tonight or Part 2 tomorrow.

That was pretty interesting, thanx for posting. Wonder what Walt would make of all the culinary options today, and the fact that many (like me!!) plan their WDW vacations around their meals? DVR's ing the documentary.

I remember seeing the list of Walt's favorite foods he wrote at the Disney Family Museum when I was there last month. The exhibit indicated that he seemed to have a preference for canned foods and mixes like Jello.
