Inspired by the typing thread... when you type numbers?

Depends on what I am doing. If I am typing a number as part of a sentence, the keyboard. If I am working on a spreadsheet or something where I am using just numbers, I use the numbers pad.

It drives me nuts when I am working on my budget on my laptop because there is no numbers pad.

I took typing in high school in 1962, probably before most of you were born! It was one of the first IBM electric typerwriters with a ball instead of keys! I never did learn to type numbers - I always have to look! And I still use the numbers above the letters on the keyboard.

Geesh, and I thought I was old I learned to type in 1973!
