Where have you visited that you DON'T ever need to go back to?

Here's mine:

Paris (although I probably will, because DBF really wants to see it)
Athens (it was nice, but once is enough)
Vienna (same deal... although I would go to other places in Austria)
Atlantic City (I much prefer Vegas!)

I went to Cape Cod once for an extended period of time. After about 3 days I got bored. The Cape is more of a weekend or even a day trip for me.

I went to the Bahamas once. That got boring after 2 days too.

Well, I would definately like to go back to Italy, but don't think I'd want to take the overnight train again. That was just a freaky experience.

Are you one of those people who likes to do and see instead of just lounging around?
That's how I am. A little lounging is nice, but I can only take so much! :)

I did that too! I agree, it was terrible. In general, I didn't mind the trains, but overnight was a bit creepy.

The Grand Canyon. Yep, it's pretty...big hole in the ground...let's move on to something else now.

As someone who has hauled guests up there several time I can agree....although I got pretty choked up the first time I saw it!

Now, SEDONA, is a whole other story.....I could look at those red rocks all day, every day ::yes::

jamaica. it was really relaxing, but if i went on a vacation like that every year, i think i'd get bored. :)

The worst place was Los Angeles, when we were driving down from Palmdale, you could see a solid brown wall of smog, that irritated my eyes when I was wearing contacts, I had to take them out and so everything was a blur (literally).

Pigeon Forge, TN: Without doubt, my vote for the worst place I've ever visited in America!

Yup. I just can't see spending all that $$ to sit around on a beach. I can do that for free here.

I like to be on the move, doing things, seeing sights.

Beaches are lovely, but just not for me.

Words cannot describe how much I disliked Belize. I will NEVER go there again.

Jamaica is another place I will never step foot in again.

Other than that, I'm always ready to travel. :)

Absolutley breathtaking! We drove through there on the way from Phoenix to Vegas and I wish we could have just stayed there.

Personally, I LOVE Jamaica. I could sit on a beach for weeks on end and not get board. Give me the ocean, some shade, a good book and a frosty drink and I'm good to go! LOL!

Kingston, Jamaica.

If I ever go to Jamaica again I will just stay in Ocho Rios.

My IL's house! ;) Did I just say that? ::yes::
I am so bad!

Not too many places besides there that I wouldn't go back to.

I don't have fond memories of Munich. I was pregnant at the time, though. I was so sick on the plane ride there and back! Acutually, I was sick the entire I was there with allegies and such. IMHO it is a little over rated as far as it's beauty. Yes there are some beautiful places; but there are some not some beautiful ones, too. But, I would still go back there again.

I went to Bora Bora for my honeymoon. it was positively breathtaking., but took about 20 hours total to get there. I am glad I went but I could never make that tirp again. That unfortunately also knocks Australia off my list. The only place I think I will take a long plane trip to is Italy. I LOVED it and hope to return someday
