I love cranberries and eat them all year around too. I don't care what shape they're served in - it's all good to me. They're good for you too.
Cranberry Sauce--
4 cups sugar
1 cup water
bag of cranberries
Cook sugar, water and cranberries until the skins pop open, about 10 minutes. Cool on teh counter, then refrigerate for a few hours. That's all there is to it!
The nasty stuff in a can is to real cranberries what canned asparagus is to fresh asparagus.I will not eat the ones with can marks but I love the real ones.
