I was reading all the "Criminals" who eat raw cookie dough. Have you seen these?

I bought them a few weeks ago and they are great. We go thru cycles in our house of eating eggs and I can't tell you how many eggs I have thrown away These have a really long shelf life and don't taste any different from regular eggs.

So now you can make cookie dough and eat it raw and not feel guilty! Tho maybe that is part of the thrill?

No, it is done with a precise temperature control over time. Go here and they explain the whole process...

How they do it

We really cannot taste the difference and they are not much more expensive, actually less expensive than the organic eggs I generally buy. Because they have along shelf life, I will save money anyway through less waste.
