When I was little I used to pretend to be sick so I could have Aspergum. I loved the Cherry flavor. I just found out that they now make an Aspergum flavored gum without the aspirin for people like me who loved the way it tasted...

I also liked that bubble gum flavored stuff, Amoxicillin I think it was. :)

I used to like Pepto Bismo..:o

I used to love the taste of St. Joseph's baby asprin. I also like the taste of Robitussin cough syrup.

I always liked the bubble gum stuff and also the orange flavored kids medicine, I forgot what they're called.

These medicine threads reminded me of an old John Wayne movie
Rio Grande. A classic !

Victor McGlaglen plays a crusty old Master Sargeant who swigs on a bottle he calls his "medicine" and acts like it "tastes terrible".

I love those old movies :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Michelle, I loved the baby asprin so much it cost me a trip to the emergency room when I was 4. My Mom had given me some in the middle of the night and forgot to put the cap back on. In the morning when I got up I found it on the bathroom counter and proceed to help myself to the rest of the bottle!

As a kid I loved that bubble gum flavored stuff...didn't everybody??? Now I like the taste of Pepto Bismol (good thing, too since I used to use it almost every day!) and I really really like regular Nyquil...I think of it every time I see the picture of it someone here on the DIS has in his Tag!! :p :D

I don't remember, so probably not. I'll have to ask my Mom. I think I only ate 7 or 8 of them.....another question for Mom. This all happened 30 + years ago......

There isn't really a medicine I like the taste of, but this reminds me of a story. We have Italian friends and after dinner one day they served us an apperitif, we drank it and it tasted like the worst cough medicine you can imagine. They couldn't understand how we could have medicine that tasted like that, especially since they thought it tasted so good. Then on the flip side we had them to our house for a BBQ and we had rootbeer......one taste of that and they declared it tasted just like their medicine, needless to say they didn't like it. Boy what I wouldn't do for rootbeer flavored medicine. :)

:bounce::wave::bounce:

I loved the taste of Dimetapp! I'm a grape flavor fan and I was secretly excited when I had to have it. I caled it purple panda, LOL. I had orange flavored St. Joseph's pills and didnt really like those.

I loved the bubble-gum flavored stuff, too. And although this isn't medicine, there are these new kids vitamins which are gummy bears! My sister got them, and I love them so much! It is hard to keep myself to the 2 a day dosage!

I like Tums 500 calcium tablets. One of my friends likes them too, and pops a couple when she feels hungry. I guess it's part of her weight loss program, instead of eating real food!

Hey...I like the Tums Tropical flavored...there're not too bad!!

Other than that...Percocet!

(swallowed without tasting ofcourse!) ;)

When I was a kid I liked the baby aspirin (orange), aspergum (orange), and the cherry cough syrup that was prescribed. LOVED them!

DS only likes STRAWBERRY cough syrup. Hates everything else. It's really difficult to get him to take even kids' tylenol. He'd rather suffer. :(

Are Flintstone vitamins considered medicine... cause that's the only thing I liked....
