I was in the minority by the results of the poll, but if you go by the above quote then I use the US pronunciation...unless I'm talking about the movie...and speaking of that...I just found out the they built the black pearl at a shipyard 10 minutes from my house, and I never knew about it! I saw pictures that my sister-in-law has of it, but never bothered to tell me the disney freak of the family about it. I'll probably pout for weeks about this...
