I had my own room until I was 8 and then I shared with my sister the rest of the time. She was 5 yrs younger and believe it or not, we got along pretty well.......except for the fact that she was a real slob!! :teeth:

Did you have your own room or did you share??:D

I actually shared a room with my brother and sister. My older sister slept on the bottom of our bunk beds and my brother and I slept on top.
Then my father built an extra bedroom for my sister so I shared a room with my brother. And after my sister moved out we had our own rooms.

Only for one year, and that wasn't even a full year, when my parents got divorced my Mom moved out (house was family property of Dad's) and for a year she lived in a house where I had to share, but we were only at her house half the time, one week at Dad's then one at Mom's.

I shared with my sister until I was 15. She moved out to college, so I sort of took over our room, except when she returned on weekends. By the end of her first year of college we moved to a different house and we each had our own rooms there.

My kids have their own rooms, and we dont plan on ever moving.

I shared with my sister.

Never. Military housing doesn't place different sex children in the same bedroom after a certain age or if the age difference is to large. My brother and I were eight years apart.

I shared a room with my older sister until I was 11. That was when my oldest sister left on her 18th birthday. Then we got our own rooms.

We each had our own bedroom. My sister is 12 yrs younger than I am and slept with me every night from the time she got out of the crib, until I went to university. When I came home 4 years later there she was again.

It stayed that way until I got married.

I shared with my sister.

I shared a room with my sister until we moved when I was 8. I was supposed to have my own bedroom, but while my parents were building the house, they thought having a very big bathroom was more important than having a smaller room for each of their kids  It was okay when I was little but by the time we moved I was thrilled to get my own room. Although, to this day, I hate large bathrooms for some reason :teeth:

I shared a room with my sister who is 17 months younger than I. We fought on occasion but we had no option. Having our own room wasn't possible so we behaved ourselves and did what we were told.

I would have loved to have had my own room but it wasn't possible so I never even asked for that.

Boots is an only child!

Nope, I had my own room. I only have 1 brother, who is 4 years younger than me. :)

My sister and I have always had seperate bedrooms, except for when we go down the shore.

Shared a room with my sister who was two years older all growing up. We fought ALL THE TIME. But we didn't have any other option.

Shared a room with my sister. My half was always clean hers, looked like a different room.
