Inspired by LucyStorm...major pet peeve

I cannot, just cannot break DH of the habit! HE feels like calling and talking to someone (father, brother, DS, whoever...) I am busy cooking, or taking laundry out of the dryer before it wrinkles, etc. I didn't say I felt like talking on the phone (I basically am not a phone person), but, almost every single time, he will ask whoever is on the phone "Do you want to talk to Marilyn?" AAAGGGHHH, I cannot stand that! I have told him a million times not to do that, and that if I want to talk to that person, I will signal him and let him know. But he still does it.

Thanks for letting me vent. I needed that!

I get the same way sometimes at DIS meets when someone hands me the phone.... ...really uncomfortable with talking on the phone..

DH does the same thing.....

I have told him over and over, if I wanted to talk to whoever, I would have called them myself!

I know what you mean, I hate talking on the phone, and it seems like people only call when I'm really in the middle of something else! My kids think its really funny to yell...MOM...she's on the phone for you AGAIN!!! geesh, how embarrassing!
