They could. I've heard it many times.people could say that all of the church related laws aren't religiously fuled, but morally.

First off,
lets say that I'm a rape victim. Are you going to physically stand between me and an abortion doctor? Cause I'd smack you out of my way. At that point, I've had a man take almost everything from me. I'll be damned if I'm letting you take the rest of it away.
Second,
I am bisexual. How can you worship someone that says that I am not good enough to love someone and marry them?
as I've said before, I agree that the church should approve of a marriage that takes place in a church. But in this day and age, marriage is a legal institution even more than a religious one. I think that gay couples should have the legal rights over one another that marriage gives you.Its hard because I think every person has the right to live, with however they came to be. I actually knew a girl, who was the product of a rape, and yes, she has alot of anger about it, but she is also so thankful that she got a chance at life. I don't think any baby should be killed. Its wrong on so many levels, plus alot of women are truly hurt by having one done too.
As you all know, I'm 100% against Gay marriage. It isn't even a marriage. It's a partnership. I don't think churches should be required to 'join' those people together. Its kind of an oxymoron for a gay/lesbian couple to get married in a Christian church.
I'm 100% against it. There is adoption and many counties/states have safe haven laws where women can leave the child/infant on the steps/entrance of a hospital or church. My state has that law and it is always an option for someone if they dont want to go through legalized adoption. I mean if someone made the mistake of unprotected sex they should be mature enough to deal with it the right way (adoption or if their teens raise it with their parents help- I have a friend who did just that and she is the proud mom of 3).
Gays/lesbian/bi/transgender- 100% against them having marriage rights. God created Adam and Eve (man and woman)- if gays/lesbians were ok he would have created an Adam/Adam couple and an Eve/Eve couple. But he didnt- enough said.
I've always kind of wondered if being bi or gay or lesbian is wrong...because everyone sins as it is...I mean, the government doesn't prevent liars from getting married....lying is a sin, according to the Bible. I really don't have a problem with homosexuality, considering I'm bisexual, my cousin is gay, my best friend is bisexual, and my other friend is gay. I think that gay marriage should happen, and it most likely will happen once people get over their ancestors Puritanical beliefs.

But, God will never turn anyone away. He loves all of his people, EVEN the gay/lesbian people.
*What Shelby said about how we all are labeled, is ENTIRELY true.
I agree.Once again, I don' think religion should be brought into laws, therefore, why should gays/lesbians be denied being married by law.
I understand that some religions don't support homosexuality, but I think that LEGALLY gays SHOULD be allowed to marry.
You don't HAVE to get married in a church, they do marriages at most city halls. SO I think they should be allowed to get married.
I am completely 100% FOR gay rights. I think discriminating against gay people is disgusting.
And the whole Adam & Eve vs Adam & Steve thing...? I really don't want to get into the whole biblical thing, because I don't want to offend anyone...
But if God is an all-forgiving, like I have been taught...what would His problem be with homosexuals? Why would they be exempt from His "all-forgiving" nature?
then why should they be considered inferior?
People turn away differences because they are unsure of what might happen.
Huh? I guess they are considered inferior b/c it is different. People turn away differences because they are unsure of what might happen.

The only thing that might happen is that everyone gets over themselves and stops caring how everyone else lives their lives.

And good heavens, what hell that would be.![]()
I don't know how we would ever survive it.
