Hmmm. OK, here's my opinion. It and $3.00 will let you ride around the city today.

If brother #1 never called for a second date, you are totally clear to do WHATEVER with brother #2. If he called and you didn't call back or did the "I'm busy" thing, then...I just don't know! I'm thinking "no" though. But if a lot of time has passed. It WAS just ONE date, after all.

Good luck with that decision.

I hope you go out with him, but just because I want to hear about the date.

OK, I guess my decision is sorta made. Just got off the phone with the brother#1, the one I went on the date with. He had been out of town with work and just got in. Asked me out for this weekend. I said yes.

Good advice though CB. If he didn't call, I would have taken the advice. Thanks!

I went out with the first twin and we didn't click. At all. I mean. I made out with him. But that was all. So a couple of weeks later his brother started iming me and saying that I should have gone out with him blah blah blah and that his brother is a jerk to girls so I told him to meet me. So we ended up dating for about 3 months and everything was going great and I really liked him... But he never told his brother!!!!

So anyways when his brother found out everything changed. He started to act like his brother. And then his brother got online and pretended to be him and started saying mean things to me and then admitted that he was the brother and said that the reason his brother never told him was because he was "taking his leftovers". And the thing that sucked was that the second twin really did like me and after I met my DH tried to get me back, but I guess it was the twin thing that really influenced him.

I'm glad now though b/c they are both youth ministers and well... I coudln't do that.

So my friends just left and we were going over plans for our up coming anual camping trip. Everything looks good to go. But they all are assuming that I will be inviting ex bf to join us. I didn't really think about it. He went with us last year and they all adore him. Not sure if I will or not though. I know him and his girls would have a great time. It is only for 4 days. Just not sure how cool the sitation will be. Him and I are friends still. But you think it will be odd to take an ex on vacation with you?

Hi guys.

Uh, I was vacationing. I won an all-inclusive stay at the HOSPITAL. It was FUN, lemme tell ya. IVs, blood tests, and a bland diet!

So, apparently I have the extreme version of morning sickness (hyperemesis gravidarum). I have lost 15lbs. Finally, last week, I was so weak I could barely move and I wasn't keeping any food or fluids down, so I went in to my doctors office and she sent me directly to the hospital.

After a few bags of IVs and some new meds I felt better, and actually ate food, which was really exciting.

I'm still exhausted, and they found something wrong with my thyroid, which my doc said will make me feel sick for quite some time still. I have NO energy, and I haven't left my house- I just change scenery by alternating couch and bed.

The new medicine is helping somewhat, but I still feel nauseated and have food/smell aversions. I'm just not throwing up 4 times a day now, which is improvement.

I missed you guys, though. I can't really leave my house and this is getting lonely.

Becky!!! It's so good to hear from you, I was worried! My good friend has had that same thing through her pregnancy and has had to go into the hospital twice. But she's 8 weeks until delivery and doing much better.

Greaaaaat. Guess who's next in the "I couldn't DIS, I had a medical thing" line.

Buncha whiners. When I was in the hospital, I dragged my sorry *** down the street with my back and butt exposed (due to gown.) Uphill, downhill I trod, dragging my IV pole. Through the snow I went with frozen rain pellets zinging me all over my body until it became numb. Barefoot.

And I was in a coma at the time.

But I held up my end of the bar, which is more than I can say for some people...cough cough beck cough.

Girls you are cracking me up.

See, CB, I asked for a laptop and they wouldn't let me have one. And actually (now this really IS true) we had a tornado nearby when I was in the hospital and NO town for about a 40 mile radius had power!

It was kind of comical too, because the nurses came in and said "We have a code Green" which meant bad weather, so they gave DH and I each a blanket to throw over our heads in case the tornado hit the building.

Ummmmm.... yeah. A blanket should do a lot of good protecting us from the shards of glass and flying blocks of concrete, wood, etc. But, whatever. Luckily I didn't have to be moved out of my hospital room because I was in one that didn't have any windows.

So, anyway- many parts of St. Louis/Metro East/IL are still without power.

Luckily, I'm not.
