It was just so euphoric watching the lights, listening to Christmas music and seeing it "snow" in Florida. I loved it! Even DH thought it was great. I could've stayed back there the entire trip and been content. I loved it!!
No, but really, from the planning, to the 24 hour train ride, to the first site of the resort, and then first walking into the Magic Kingdom, it was all so so so magical. never in my life did I think I would have real family life, or be able to afford a trip anywhere, let alone to WDW with my 4 year old little princess! I'd say the most magical moment for me was walking up to CRT ( I knew nothing about ADR's then!) and asking if they had an open table, and being told to come back in a few..sure enough we were seated, ate an awesome meal(way back when the DDP had an app and tip was included, and CRT had the BOMB food choices!!)..not only was all that awesome, but we were seated right by the window and got to see wishes... My heart truly melted, and it took everything in me not to lose it right there! Needless to say, that is when I KNEW I had to go to Disney again..and again..and again..and again.. and again..get it??
First off...I've lost all my patience waiting for the August hours to be posted. Seriously, where the heck are they?!?!
Just had to get that out of my system. So, I'll post one of my favorite memories from DHS. It was back in December 2007. DH and I were wandering through the park and made our way back to the Osborne Spectacle of Lights. It was just so euphoric watching the lights, listening to Christmas music and seeing it "snow" in Florida. I loved it! Even DH thought it was great. I could've stayed back there the entire trip and been content. I loved it!!
Now I can get some serious planning done!
Beka, I love you! You cracks me up!
Ok, fav memory of 2005 trip (pre-Jack) is gosh.. all of it?? Is that allowedNo, but really, from the planning, to the 24 hour train ride, to the first site of the resort, and then first walking into the Magic Kingdom, it was all so so so magical. never in my life did I think I would have real family life, or be able to afford a trip anywhere, let alone to WDW with my 4 year old little princess! Ok, then the 2008 trip... oh man...so many moments. We were a family in 2005, but now we were REALLY a family..we have a wonderful dd and an awesome lively DS... from the minute we walked on property Jack was elated! Kayla was just so happy to be back! It just felt like everything was right in the world! I don't even know what moment was the most magical..probably during wishes.. I get really choked up at those moments..or maybe it was during MNSSHP... that just made my life lol!
anywho..ok..now i'm all emo... I can't wait for more magical moments!!
What sweet memories!

Woo-hoo! Graduation!
I know I'm going to start crying during the pinning, I'm going to miss everyone! It would be so much fun to have a DISmeet with all of the nurses!!!!
How'd the pinning ceremony go? When do you start back for your BSN?
Sorry I've been gone! We've been working on the sun room's book shelves & the computer is in there too. We also have friends in & are headed to Charleston today. Pics to come!
I haven't had the pinning yet, it's on Wednesday! Only 2 days away! I start back in the fall and then one semester and I'm done! Good luck with the book shelves and have fun in Charleston!
OOh!! Tomorrow is it! I hope you post a pic!
I looked at the shelves, and they really need another coat of paint, but I just don't feel like doing it! Ugh! I'll do it anyway, cuz if I don't do it now, I never will.
Charleston was awesome, though the place we wanted to eat is closed on Mondays, so we had to find another place.
I'll post pics soon, our dog is sick, & I think I'll have to take him to the vet today.
hope he feels better! I've been meaning to ask you about your dogs! Here are my babies:

GL with your sun room!

Poor thing!I just made baby talk to the monitor!![]()

I'm about to walk out the door to take Matches to the vet. I gave himone of Booger's Xanax this morning - big mistake - Matches doesn't realize he has back feet now!Poor thing!
poor baby!
I swear I'll get those pics up soon. Matches is still really sick. He won't eat or drink anything, so I hand fed him a piece of bread with his food in it & he's kept that down. He can't walk more than a few feet without screaming in pain, so he's not gone potty in about 12 hours. I'm super worried & have called the vet twice, but of course they're closed.
Hope he gets well soon!
