I think the description of Where's the Fire and Fantastic Plastics look like fun at Innoventions. However, I keep seeing that maybe they are really for kids. Would it be ok for DH and I to do them alone, or should we not even bother?

Thanks,

We did Where's the Fire last October. It was me and DD8 against DH and DD11. It was a lot of fun. I think I liked it more than the kids did. :cheer2:

Do it!

It's Disney and we're all just overgown kids. Do it. :-)

More seriously, I did both of those things with DD and I had a ball. There were grownups in every group I saw, joining in and having fun. Enjoy!

Fantastic Plastics is sooooo much fun! I would absolutely love to do it without kids. Most of the people in our group did NOT have kids and I think everybody really enjoyed the computerized robot race. Some people skipped making the plastic robot but I think that would be fun with or without kids.

"Where's the Fire" is a fire safety game. They divide you up into two teams and each team has a set of rooms. Each person gets a flashlight. In each room, there are several fire hazards - you have to look for them with your flashlights.... it's all pictures and your light may reveal something that's behind a cupboard for example. When two of you shine your lights on the hazard at the same time, you get points. Once you find them all, you have to run to another room to find the hazards there. The team with the most points when time runs out wins. Silly, but fun.

Dh and I loved Wheres the Fire. We even made the kids pair up so we could be on a team together LOL!

We did Where's the Fire in August and didn't like it. Whats this thing about Racing Robots or something?
