You are such a great Mom. It really takes a lot of effort and love to let your children be their own person. She is such a cute young lady!

I am not sure if we are going to be able to meet up in Florida. We have to go to Epcot on Monday because of ADR's that we can't change because there are so many of us! I do hope you all have a wonderful time. I will be looking for you and your family though! Have a safe trip!

If you pre purchase a Photopass DVD for $99 you can pay a $25 sitting fee at one in a list of resorts and get 1/2 hour with a Photopass Photographer.

They just jacked up the price on this. It's still only $99 to prepurchase the Photopass CD (which you'd have to do online ASAP before you leave), but now the sitting fee is $75.

Or you can pay $150 when you get there for a CD + sitting fee, but if you then want to add Photopass pix from the parks to that CD, it's another $50 and you won't be able to put borders and stuff on them.

Wow! That is a significant price increase. When I booked it I asked if I could pay the $20 in advance and the guy I talked to said that there was no need to and that I should pay that day. I hope that they don't charge me $75. The only thing that they told me to do was to bring the confirmation number with me.

It is possible though!! My weakness is a) my kids..I'll have a hard time telling them no b) christmas ornaments, i love me a tacky colorful kiddie tree! c) nightmare before christmas..although they never have much ;/

I'm bringing quite a bit of spending money, so I know I will come home with some. But I rather have more in case of a real emergency or a disney emergency aka omg i have to have that!

Since I am ff today I think I will start packing tonight.. Probably a good idea in case I am missing anything !! Then I have all week to figure out how to get it... I'm petrified of forgetting something!! I was looking at my packing list today and I noticed df added some things on.. goes a lil' something like this :

Body wash
hairbrush
face wash
Condoms (20 or so)
crapping medicine(in case we get the runs)
4 beach towels
2 razors

Take a guess which ones df added I literally just about died when I read that!!! Not sure what the condoms are for as we will have our lil bundles of joy in the room.. I guess there is always the mini van OMG are yall still with me?? I know I'm so inappropriate..but I warned yall!!

Ok, I think I will start packing now..after the meat loaf goes in the oven of course

I can honest to god say that I have NEVER heard of anyone eating cottage cheese with meatloaf!!! I love cottage cheese..but with pineapple or maybe even berries if I'm feeling wild..but meatloaf.. I just don't know about that It is the days before disney dinner because it is easy peasy japanesey! I made mine with baked potatos!! YUMMMMY!

Yes I did pack over 20 pairs of shoes for the kids... I have a problem. I have managed to fill since this pic a whole rubbermaid conatiner of shoes for us and the kids Hey I need options!

The kids wanted to go to disney in the luggage.. oh come on, you gotta get the kids in the luggage pics!

I love it. You know we have people in the luggage pics! Since we are flying, we can't have that many shoes! We all get one to wear and one to pack!

My suggestion for your laundry detergent--I measure out a load's worth of soap, I still use the powdered kind and put it into a small ziploc bag. I usually do at least 4 packets of soap. Then I put a fabric softener sheet for each load (4) and at least 1 roll of quarters in another ziploc. I stick these in one of the pockets of the suitcase. That way, I don't have to track down change or worry about little boxes of soap and fabric softener. I hate to come home with dirty clothes so I always try to do the laundry before we come home. I think dirty clothes take up more space than clean ones do!

We zipped up our suitcases yesterday. Just have the last minute stuff to put in the day we leave.

Your daughter in the cheer outfit is so adorable!!! I love it. My daughter cheers and is a major dancer. I am such a Tom Boy at heart so I know what you mean about letting them be their own person. I relate more to my sons football than I do to my daughters dance.

One thing I always forget is PJ's. Seriously, I cannot remember those and we all end up sleeping in t-shirts. Now I try to pack the PJ's first!

I actually have 2 bags of dreft left that I got after I had jack, and brought them in case I have to do laundry. I would love to come home with clean clothes, but not if it means cutting into my fun time!!! I did bring a laundry bag though, so this time dirty stuff WILL stay separated from the clean stuff!! I have a bad habit of just throwing everything together and doing a lot of unnecessary laundry!! NOT THIS YEAR!! Luckily we are driving so this is an option for us!

Awe, thank you I hate cheer and football with a passion, but I do love her in that outfit, and hope she can bring her own little dark twist to everything she joins!! lol!

Oh yes I did just quote Bon Jovi!! Anywho, we are halfway there! Kids clothes and pj's and undergarments ,socks,etc..done! Now I just need to get our stuff packed today. I'm hoping I don't find out while packing that I need a ton m ore! Luckily John is off tomorrow, so I'll be able to go get last minute stuff with him! Tomorrow is a busy day though!! Meeting with dd principal at 9 am, then we have pedicures (yes thats right, df does get pedis!! no polish obviously!),then run around to the mall and pick up all the stuff I forgot I needed or didn't know I needed, come back, get dd from school, go pick up the baby I nanny for, then run to dd's first soccer practice... and somehow manage to fit the eye dr in there somewhere and feed the kids and ourselves!.... I love vacation!!


on a brighter note.... 3 days until we leave for wdw... 4 days until we are there!!
