Hi Guys. I have a quick question. I don't really have injury... more soreness really. On my right ankle, just to the front of the ankle bone, my ankle is sore. It has been for almost two weeks. There's no sharp pains or anything, just this dull pain. For the last week, I've had a double ear infection and bronchitis so I've done no training and I've just started moving around again on Thursday. I thought all the rest would help it feel better, but it's not. I had been training in new shoes that I thought were going to work out nicely. My schedule was a 6 miler, and then 4 days of the TM (C25K) only about 30 min each day and then my ankle started huring. I don't recall if I hit it on something. I know on my last day of C25K on the TM, it was really giving me trouble.
I've got a 10 miler tomorrow and I'm going back to my other shoes.
Any ideas what it might be? Maybe a pulled tendon? I'm only 3 weeks out from the Half Marathon and I'm really starting to worry...
