ING Direct still doing referral plan??

Just a quick INGDirect question - I was going to sign up a few months ago but didn't get around to it. Are they still doing the referral plan and if they are does anyone want to refer me? I have a Trimark Interest Fund and a CI Money Market Fund and I think that INGDirect has better rates - please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks
