Hi all,

So excited as I am less than 48 days away from my first ABD Tour - Backstage Magic. I have a couple of quick questions that I hope you can answer.

I received an email this morning from airline stating that they are bumping up my return flight by 45 minutes. This might sound silly but should my travel agent be advising ABD of this change??? I booked the flight myself, but used a travel agent to book the tour, so it would be a quick phone call and forwarding of that email to her. 45 minutes might not seem much, but I would like to cram in as much park time on my last day there.

I have also read that in the past that Canadians had to pay a duty on the package with the itinerary and the extra goodies. Is this still true??? I just don't want any surprises at the door when the finally swing by.

TIA :goodvibes:

As the flight is earlier then originally scheduled I would definitely notify ABD, they base your transfers on the flight time and with LA traffic you really need all the time that is allotted.

A stated by the OP by all means, make sure that ABD is aware of your flight change.
As far as the Canadian issue goes, I can't answer that.
I did the Backstage Magic trip this past April and there were a few DISers who are Canadian on the trip.
I'll send them a quick mesage and see if they can help you out

No, you do not pay duty on the items ABD sends. They will send the box to your travel agent who will then pass them on to you. Have fun on your trip :)
