I know BWV has surrey bikes for rent on the BW but do they have regular bicycles to rent at community hall or elsewhere at BWV? If so... how much is rental fee for members?

They do have regular bikes at the Community Hall. But unfortunately I have no idea what if any is the charge. There is no fee for renting video's. So maybe the same holds true for the bikes. Just bring your Membership card in case.

The member rental rate is about $6 per hour. I think there is also a daily rate, but I have never checked. An hour in the FL heat and humidity is about my limit.

Use of a helmet is included in the rental fee. Make sure you get a helmet that fits well. The CM seemed surprised that I wanted a helmet and somewhat put out when I rejected the first one as too large. I eventually got one of the appropriate size.
