Info on vintage Pooh toy watch?

I picked this up at a garage sale today. I got 3 items for 25 cents, so I'll let you do the math on how much I paid.

On the back, all it says is "Walt Disney Productions Pat. Pend. Made in Japan" Any idea on how old it is? I'm guessing it's '70s. Looks '70s to me. I know it can't be any older than mid-'60s.

the Walt Disney Productions backstamp was utilized between 1939 - 1971. Disney Released Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree in 1966, so my guess would be that your watch was released between 1966 and 1971.

Thank you!!!! I knew Pooh's "birth year" was '66, but I couldn't remember if that was the year the first segment came out or the year Many Adventures came out.

Anybody have any idea on the value? I only saw a few on Ebay and they were in REALLY bad shape and/or broken. Mine looks brand new and still works.
