Info on the Park Vue Hotel

Does anyone have any info on the Park Vue hotel? The good, bad, ugly??

Several years ago there were multiple "cockroach" warnings on reviews at tripadvisor.com ....the reviews I hear now are more along the lines of "if your only hotel requirement is cheap and right across from the park - this is acceptable" I have heard of several overbookings that were handled very poorly.

It's pretty lousy. Very uncomforable beds. Dirty rooms. Poor service...But aside from that it's just fine.
