Well I don't know her personally or anything like that. She did an appearance at a horror movie convention back in November 2012 - "HorrorHound Weekend" in Indianapolis, and she promoted it as her first and last convention appearance and gave all the proceeds to the Children's Hospital in Los Angeles. I knew 95% of the people there would want to ask her about "Halloween" or "True Lies", and I know from going to plenty of other conventions that these celebs tend to have a lot more to say when you ask them about something they haven't already talked about a million times, so naturally the most obscure thing that I could think of that she's been in is "Ellen's Energy Adventure", so I had my graphic designer roommate whip me up that poster to get signed. She thought it was hilarious (it was her suggestion to autograph it in the form of a question like on 'Jeopardy') and had to explain to her assistant what it was when he didn't know. I gave her a copy of it and she said she couldn't wait to show it to people.
Her brother was there filming her convention experience and she said the video would be released at some point. Apparently she had asked him to pull aside and briefly interview anybody who had especially interesting unique or obscure items, so I got asked a few questions about it. I'm eager for them to get around to releasing that!
I had a blast explaining "Ellen's Energy Adventure" to all the JLC fans who asked me about the poster and had no idea she'd ever been in a Disney attraction.
Sorry to kinda hijack the thread there. Long story short - You should definitely ride it at least once!
