Info on Sleeping Beauty Castle Walk through

From everything I've read, they're hoping to do the new walkthrough in the spirit of the original, with whatever new plusses they can come up with. I'm excited.

Well Sleeping Beauty is my ablsolute favorite Disney Movie, and I know that if they open the castle at all before the end of December I will try my best to get back down there for at least a day. I haven't even gotten to take a peek at the pre-view on the latest DVD release, but plan to this Saturday.:happytv:

The article says mid-December for an opening, I sure wish it would open by November 13-16! After this quick solo trip (Southwest Rapid Rewards free flight) with the way the economy is going and the price of airfare, I don't know when I'll be back to DL:sad2:

No, they weren't like Barbie dolls at all. It was a really beautiful arrangement and the dolls were more like porcelain dolls that looked remarkably like the characters in the Disney movie. It was actually very impressive...I remember taking my 3 sons when they were little...I was so sad that it was closed down before my two youngest kids (who are my only daughters) could enjoy it.

Why do I keep checking this board and hopeing that magically someone will post that the castle is open early?

Because its Disney and you never know when Flora,Fauna, and Merriweather will decide to help out a little

I love it! It was worth visiting this board today just for that smile. Thanks!:flower3:

:wizard: Glad I could help...I think we could all use a little fairy help every now and then. Enjoy the trick or treat party...lol

I leave the day after tomorrow! Hoping for Pixie Dust!!!:wizard:

I have never seen the Sleeping Beauty walkthrough (it closed before my first ever trip in Sept. '06), so I am eager to see this!

I'm going to be sad, however, if we just miss it! Our trip is for earlier in December, and we head home on the 13th. Here's hoping the fairies come through for me! :yay:
