Info on Golden Horshoe

I can't seem to find any info on the Golden Horshoe. All the I've read is that it is a live stage show featuring Billy Hill and the Hillbillies. Does this show continually or at specific times? Do they serve food here?

It's totally fun and entertaining. My sis and I were tired of walking around last week, so we went in and got a balcony seat for the 4 o'clock show. We brought in popcorn from a stand outside and just enjoyed. It's very casual and fun. They must have good ice cream sundaes, because everyone was getting them! They have a little pre-show outside of the building to get more people to come in. The entire show lasts about 30 minutes.
It's a fun thing I had never done before and I've been going to Disney for 20 years!

I went to the 11:15 show last Tuesday, ready to see Kirk Wall. I had my friend with me that I had told repeatedly how wonderful he was. The curtain opened and alas, only 3 Billys on the stage, no Kirk, sigh. It was still a good show, but definitely shorter and not the same without him. My friend still enjoyed it, but I told her it would be even better if he'd been there.

Here's a link to a website that will show you the three different teams. Kirk (aka Elvis Billy) is on the Blue and Gold teams. He performs Sat-Wed.

How do you know if Kirt will be there and are there only 4 Billy's?

There are only 4 Billys on the stage per show. There are more than 4 Billys that perform throughout the week, but never more than 4 at a time. Kirk Wall is usually scheduled for Saturday-Wednesday. You can find out that info by looking for some of the unofficial Billy Hill fan websites, they keep pretty close track on who is playing and when.

Are the times for this on the park map?

The times are listed on the insert that you can get with the map. I believe they play at 11:15, 1:00, 2:30, 4:00 and 5:15. Those might not be the exact times, but they are very close. In any case, be sure to get there about 30 minutes before show time to get a good seat.

In all my times going to DL as a kid/teen, I never saw a show at the Horseshoe.

I will definately make this a stop on our upcoming trip. Such a classic theater to be ignored by me for oh too long! Thanks for letting me know a little bit about the great show I must catch!
