Info on BC Villas

We were thinking about renting pouints and staying in a studio at BC Villas. Anyone have any info on BC Villas. How close is it to BC and YC? How is the transportation to the parks from here? How close is it to the the large pool at BC and YC? Any info would be great!

The yacht and bech club are side by side and share the main theme pool SAB which is awesome!!

Transportation--

Epcot--from BC 5/10 minute walk through the international gateway
MGM--boat transportation from the docks
Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/DTD/water parks bus transportation

The Villas are to the left of the check-in valet parking--very convenient to everything IMO--not very far away from BC/checkin-drive and gift shop area--

I own at BC Villas....it is AMAZING!! It is actually closer to Epcot than the BC hotel. To get from the villas to the hotel, you take about a 30 second walk under a covered patio in a beautiful courtyard. There really is no discernable difference between the BC and the Villas achitecturally...the only difference is color...BC exterior is powder blue, and the Villas are more of a seafoam.

Except for having larger rooms, better balconies and more amenities....I don't notice much difference between being in a Villa as opposed to the hotel (oh...the villas don't have any Cresent lake views, but some of them have really amazing Epcot views).

We had our first stay at BCV last year (stayed at BC numerous times, but last year we decided to rent points). Anyway, the bus transportation (as always) drove me nuts! It was slow nearly every time. I mean like waiting 20 or 30 minutes just for the bus to show up. I find that very annoying, but since we only bus to MK or DTD, it wasn't an everyday occurance.

You will really love the close proximity to Epcot, however. DH says it's a half-beer walk because that's as much as you get to drink before you're already there! MGM and the Boardwalk are so close too -- it's great. The BC is one of my very favorites resorts!
