Nah... white american cheese is way better. The yellow reminds me of this plastic cheese I had as part of a McDonalds play set when I was a kid. Same consistency and same flavor as the plastic one IMHO.

Of course Yellow is better. Look at what is on cheeseburgers, today Mcdonald's served 100,000,000 with yellow and 3 restaurants served a combined 62 with white today.

I have a friend who was in Ireland and when asked what kind of cheese he wanted on his sandwich said "American". They looked at him like he had 2 heads ! So he just said "The yellow kind" so my vote is yellow!
