How do you take an infant on the rides that have no height restrictions. I will be taking my 4 1/2 year old DD and new son in Nov.? I have a snugli or a sling and don't know which will be better. Of course we are still hoping that Daddy will join us but he is not as much of a disney freak as we are. Thank for any input.

OUr son's first trip was at 6 months old and we basically just held him on our lap or snuggled up against us if he was sleeping.

The rides without height restrictios are all pretty slow moving and easy, so hold the infant shouldn't be a problem. A sling is a great idea, we never used them but have seen them in use and they seem to work great.

Just know the ride before you get on to it. Pirates has a small flume-type drop as does Malestrom - here a little more of a "hold" may be needed.

Tackling WDW with 4 year old and an infant by yourself is going to be a challenge - I envy you for attempting this. Be VERY flexible in your travels and do nottry to do too much.

Besides the two above mentioned rides - the "Bumpy Forest Ride" (the AKL safari) can be rough at times.

OUr son rode basically anythign we could get him on that trip and everything went well. What we have found out, is travelling with an infant at WDW is a lot easier than a toddler and 4 year old.

Good Luck!!!!
