Inexpensive Wine Glasses

My DS is getting married in May of 2012 and we are starting to try to purchase items for centerpieces etc... now.

His fiancee would like to use wine glasses turned upside down and place a flower under the glass for centerpieces on her tables. I am trying to find a place that we can purchase inexpensive wine glasses. Any ideas??

Your local dollar store might have them as well.

Peir1 has nice wine glasses for $2.50 and sometimes they're on sale for $1.99.

If you don't care whether or not they match, I second the thrift store idea or an auction. At auctions in our area, no one ever wants the stemware and it's usually left behind on the table.

Restockit.com I just recently bought a bunch of glassware for awards from there. They sell all kinds of things but they have a huge selection of glassware. They delivered the order within 3 or 4 days of my order and they had the best price around that I could find. Good luck!

My vote is also the Ikea and the Lonex. But if you can afford some expensive ones, I will suggest you to go for the Waterford crystal. They are simply amazing.

Wine glasses are a big yard sale item, usually 25 cents each or less. If you have all summer to look you will find all that you need in plenty of time. I actually have something a bit more difficult to look for, crystal brandy snifters for my sister, but because of that search I look over dozens of pieces of stemware each weekend.
