Inexpensive Snow White Dress

Ladies, there is a Snow White Dress on Ebay with beginning bid for $1.00. size 4-5, item #3142969065 .And, no, I am not the seller! I had seen a thread on here recently about Costo/BJ's Princess dresses and just wanted to pass this info along when I saw it this morning. Hopefully, someone can get a good deal. This is too small for my seven year old.

Unfortunately, this seller has a reserve on these dresses which means you won't get much of a bargain on them. The starting price is $1.00 but it appears the reserve is around $30 so the seller is not obligated to sell them unless the prices reaches that amount. You must also consider the shipping charges of $7 which makes it even harder to get a good deal from this seller.

I also noticed that the seller is listing these as Disney Store dresses in the title. I sent the seller a message asking if these indeed were TDS dresses (even though I know they are from Costco/BJ's) because I would like to see his response. I can't imagine that these dresses actually have TDS labels if they are being sold at Costco/BJ's. It is "illegal" per ebay's selling terms to list something in a misleading way and depending on the seller's response to my inquiry I may report him to ebay for this infraction.

The dresses are indeed pretty but the buyers, and potential buyers, should not be misled by this seller's description.

You are certaintly right about the No Reserve. As often as I buy off Ebay, I usually don't do items that are NR, and I didn't notice it on this one.

I just got back from Walmart. I am happy to report that they are now carrying a ton of Disney Princess stuff. They were sold out of the dresses though.

Great news- they had the "polly-pocket" type princess kits! We bought my daughter (4yo) one at WDW, Once Upon a Toy Store for $12(I thought very reasonable) and when we went back at the end of the week they were sold out. They had 3 huge sections at the beginning of the week. So now I was able to get her Cinderella and Belle for $9.98 each! Gotta love a bargain. She already has the Ariel one. Her birthday is in early September, so I am putting them away. (Hopefully I'll be able to keep them until her birthday - I'm so excited and it's hard for me to keep secrets LOL)

They also had the "baby" princesses, large style for $14.98. I believe they were $30 at Once Upon A Toy.

They are not the disney store dresses, but they are official Disney dresses. They have a Disney tag sewn into them, as well as an attached Disney tag. Disney sells its name to many merchandisers, who make things for them. Let us know what the response is!
