Inexpensive carpet???

Actually, its the padding that makes a carpet last longer. The better the padding, the longer the carpet will last. Even a cheaper carpet will last a long time with good padding.

I know this because my father was a carpenter and laid down many carpets before he moved up the ladder to be a superintendent (manager) of large commercial building projects.
