Indy Meet next weekend- Who's coming? / update pg 3

On saturday is the meet at Holiday Park, on sunday the meet is at Greenwood park mall.

Please let me know who is planning on coming to either. Then we can set a good time for everyone.

Jennz and Jasmine I am pretty sure that Holiday Park is in Indpls. Not exactly sure where though. I think Serena said she was picking it cause there was lots of room for the kiddies to run.

Serena, exactly where in Greenwood Mall? It is an awfully big place. I think you mentioned the Food Court. I will be there Sunday at the Mall. What time?

Danny, if it were on Sunday I would say just follow me up 65 from Columbus.

Welcome, WELCOME!!!!!

OK, Holiday Park is in Indianapolis, a little north and west of downtown. It's a beautiful place, bring your walking shoes. I'll post directions tonight as soon as I get back.
I figured sometime on saturday afternoon, let the kids play, enjoy walking around, etc, and then we could go get something to eat somewhere? Does that sound good?

And on sunday, greenwood park mall. Yes, the food court. As soon as I talk with some of you we can get a better idea of what time, most likely around 1pm. ???

I'll be sending p/ms to each of you to make sure you see this.

Good morning Serena! I have only been to one other Indy Meet and that was a few years back. It was at a resturant with some sort of animated animals, pretty good food, do not remember the name though.

I met Towncrier, Nativetxn, Wheelsie and of course, Dan Murphy. I am nearly totally deaf so it is hard for me to converse other than one on one so I missed the names of lots of other people as I tend to talk to those who sit nearest me. I am not sure if we have met.

I did attend a meet last October at the Food Court of The Land and met a whole bunch of people but do not remember the names.

Maybe we have met.

Linda, that's what I remember! It was the Loon Lake Lodge. You must have been at the other table. With so many people at that meet, I don't remember who all was there. I just remembered your name.

Mickeefan, you can bring what you like. I would love to see your pictures. I usually just wing it. On other meets Claudia brings games and things, but I don't have a clue about such things.
We'll meet and eat and talk.

Could everyone let me know how many people they think will be coming? And to which, or both?

Does Danny realize it would be closer for him to come to Greenwood on Sunday?

I don't know, but he does now. It'll also be a lot less hot. It's supposed to get to 95 this weekend.

1:00 At food court right,ok will be coming up 37 north to 465,then I take 465 east to 31 south to get to Greenwood Mall.Is this right if not please let me know best way to get there from Bloomington.Thanks Danny

Danny -

Going all the way to 465 is too far north. If you're coming up 37 from Bloomington, you can turn right at Smith Valley Road (there is a light and a Speedway gas station). Follow Smith Valley Road to 31 and go north (turning left onto 31). You will take 31N though 3 stoplights and the mall will be on your right. The food court is located near Sears & Dick's Sporting Goods on the east side of the mall.

You can go all the way to 465, but you'll be way north from the mall. See you Sunday!
