Indy Dis meet - narrowing it down some more

It looks like April and June are pretty good months for most of us.

Well I wouldn't want to pick April yet because they are trying to finalize a Chicago meet and it will be either the last weekend of March or the first two in April. I figure those who have to travel a little wouldn't want some so close together. And then the last weeks are Easter I picked June because that is the only one I think is open completely.

Okay, narrowing it down a little more, April is out.

Scarlett can't come on June 21 and 22.

Is there anyone else that wants to come, but one of the June weekends is totally unacceptable?

Why is April out of the running? Not that it matters really to me, just curious, can too many not make it? Personally I was fine with just about any dates except April 26/27 thats my b-day!!!

June is fine by me! Except of course the weekend of 21/22....it just wouldn't be fun without my pal Scarlett and her hilarious DH!!!

OK, I must just be totally phasing things out these days!!! I don't know what I was thinking, perhaps was thinking July instead of June. Anyways....June 7/8 I am going to my Uncle's wedding (at least I think it is that weekend, I was called and told about it, but the invites haven't gone out yet) and the 14/15 is SO and my anniversary so I probably won't be available then either.

Of course I am only one person, and if the plans get made on a day I am busy, then I will just have to catch the next one.

PS, I still like April!!!

Any day in June works for me. Would be a very nice month to pick if we go to the zoo

I think April might have been eliminated because of a Chicago meet that will be one of the days in April (or end of March) and didn't want to conflict with that or have too many meets to close. Also Easter is on the 20th and that might be bad for those (Passover around that time too). I guess the last weekend of April could still be considered

Or if I read Laurie's post I will notice that June has the most votes Maybe another post Laurie with the top picks from this poll is in order soon

I probably am not going to the Chicago meet in April (if that is when it is) because I have other plans on the 1st two weekends and the 3rd weekend is Easter but might be able to do last weekend in April and possibly June 7, 8 or June 20, 21 (or whatever that date was). I will not vote because I am NOT certain I could make it.

Okay it looks like it's a tie between the 7-8 and 22-23 weekends.

I don't want to be the one to make the final decision, any ideas on how we can decide this?

The 7-8 is the weekend before my birthday and my hubby won't throw me a party so that would be cool to meet some DISers for my birthday. LOL We will be in Canada for the majority of April but anytime in June would be fine with me. I won't be doing squat (besides turning 28)!

If it's early June it is possible, but the later you go into June the less chance we have of coming...April is good except the first weekend...
