One of my favorite ways to eat cream cheese and "everyone" loves it. Spread the cream cheese on the rectangle shaped ham then place a baby dill (sometimes I have to lay 2 end to end and cut off the excess) on one end of the ham and cheese, then roll rather tightly. Slice into about one-half inch slices then chill if you can wait that long to start eating them!
Another finger food that I love is stuffed mushrooms. Clean the rooms in salt water...remove stems. Place on foil that has been sprayed with Pam. For a quart of mushrooms, use about a cup of shredded cheddar, add enough Mayo to hold together (about a third cup) and crisp bacon chopped up...plus a little seasoned salt...stuff rooms... Cover with foil, bake at 350 for about 15 minutes...uncover and bake another fifteen minutes or until lightly brown...yummy!
