I am looking for recommendations for the best indoor (and air conditioned) counter service restaurants at each of the 4 main parks?

Sunshine Seasons at Epcot.
I'm not a big fan of any at the other two parks.

MK - columbia Harbour House, Pecos Bill has indoor and outdoor seating.
AK Satu'li Canteen
EPCOT Sunshine Seasons
HS - part of Backlot Express is Air-conditioned,

Wow, so far it is unanimous with regard to Satuli Canteen and Sunshine Seasons!

DHS - Backlot Express, I guess. I don’t think any of them are amazing.
AK - I won’t comment as I haven’t been to Satul’i Canteen yet.

In addition to those mentioned, if you can time it right the bakery in France (Epcot) has fantastic food + indoor seating but it can get stacked up with people. Is worth a look, though!
