Indirect Flight Questions

We are flying indirect from Heathrow via Atlanta on a KLM flight operated by Delta for the international part and then Delta for the domestic leg.

I have access to my booking via Delta & KLM - question is, who do we check in/do online check in with.

We are flying 19th Aug on the 9.45 am

I have done the api stuff on both sites but just wanted to check with someone more familiar with flying this way.

i don't know the answer as i never do online check in.

my guess would be KLM, if your ticket is from KLM.

But you could call KLM and ask.

As i said, i never do online check in, so i don't know.

you need to check in with whichever company appears on your eticket/itinerary

if your flight number is DL0039 then you check in with Delta
if your flight number is KL6139 then you check in with KLM

but chances are both would work if you use your confirmation number and if you're allowed to access your reservation on both sites.
If you're not allowed to check in on one or the other site, it will tell you

if you need to be reassured, you can phone the airline

Checked my original email and it says:

Operating Airline: DELTA AIR LINES (DL)
Flight Number: KL 6139
Departure Terminal: 4
Class: Economy
Departing: 09:45 Sun 19 Aug 2012
Arriving: 14:15 Sun 19 Aug 2012
Arrival Terminal: SOU

further down it says:
Operating Airline

So looks like i should head for Delta - thanks for replies - 6 weeks today
