I haven't done either, but if I were to choose, I'd choose the Embassy hands down. The 1 bedroom is much larger & has a washer & dryer, and I like it's location in proximity to Disney... those are important features to us... If you are looking more for just a room to sleep, I'd do the Sunterra resort...
