We were booked in Disney's Fort Wilderness Cabins beginning Saturday, October 8 for a week. Got a call two days before saying the resort was being evacuated and they would have to move us. I should mention that we booked the cabin because we were planning to cook breakfast everyday in the cabin kitchen to save a little money. The Disney representative offered to move us to the Art of Animation Cars family suites. This turned out to be a great move for us because these suites have two bathrooms, while the cabins only have one. However, they don't have a kitchen, so we just assumed we would have to spend more money on meals. Then came Disney's legendary customer service. Without explanation, they added the Deluxe Dining Plan for all of us for the entire week! It was incredible. Thank you so much, Disney, for a great vacation! We'll be back!
