Incredible Castmembers

Went to DTD on Sat. and bought my DD8 a $12 ring that had her initial and a Mickey head on it. Went to Epcot on Sunday and when we were in MouseGear she noticed that it was gone-well to make a long story short she was so upset and looked so miserable that I went over to the jewelry to buy her another one-couldn't find one. A castmember came over and asked her what was wrong and she told her, then the CM called a manager over and explained the situation. By now another CM or manager was over in the jewelry section looking for this ring and asking where I had bought the original so I told them. They were going to call down to World of Disney to get another for her when they found that they did have the same ring I was just looking in the wrong place!! I could not believe it, anyway they replaced the ring for FREE! I was so shocked and she was so happy-I just wish that I had gotten their names they were so nice to her. It was definately a very "magical" experience.

Thoes Disney Cast Members are just awesome arnt they?

make sure you e-mail or write Disney guest relations and tell them the story. Its always great to hear stories like this, and i'm sure if you e-mail a thank you note to guest relations and tell them the date and around the time it happend, they can find out who it is and send it to their manager or to them. Its always nice to hear about a good deed at CM does.
