When we ate there in Sept. 08 it was 26.99 plus tax. The 30.99 most likely represents the "seasonal pricing" now in effect, an upcharge for all fixed priced meals using a holiday period or peak time as an excuse to raise prices.
Thank you. I was wondering the same thing about the price. I thought it was $26.99 as well. If you add the usual $4 holiday pricing then it would be $30.99.
