My oldest DD (24) graduated college Dec 09. From Jan-June she worked as a long-term sub. Over summer, she worked for the Special Rec division of our local park district. In Aug, she started a full-time teaching position.
She still lives at home (rent free for the moment). She does pay her car payment, credit card, car insurance, her portion of the cell phone and basic stuff. We still pay for all of the food (unless she goes out without us), utilities...
We really need to claim her on our taxes (long story) but I don't know if we legally can or not.
Any thoughts?
