Incognito for ADRs?

Can someone explain to me how incognito mode in Chrome could even help getting ADRs? I don’t personally see how that mode would affect the process yet I keep seeing people suggest it as an approach. Just curious!

Incognito mode doesn’t track your location, clicks, etc., so websites load quicker.

It’s so much better! Everything runs faster. Disney has so much code, videos, and other things on their page, I go incognito mode just about every time I do anything on their site. Airfare too (but that’s so they don’t track you and adjust the prices up).
