MaryEllen, congrats on the boys making it to the semi-finals. Just remember that ANYONE can win on any given day (our youngest faced a wrestler that was 40-0 going into the State Finals and everyone told him he didn't have a chance; Mark went on to defeat the kid 13-11 in overtime!).
Kathy - that is a great story!!!!!! I love it! I think its so cool when an athlete does something so unexpected. There is definitely some psychology to "game on" and you've got to want it more than anything to win. Tonights game is a revenge match, so you know they want it! One of their strikers mouthed off to a ref and got a red card so he is benched tonight. He scored twice in the last game, so having him off the field surely doesn't hurt!
The Segway Tour sounds like so much fun. We'll have to put that in the hat with the Backstage Tour and the Seeds Tour to see which one we will do on a future trip.
Well you know my solution to the dilema - do the premium package for one night and get ALL the above!!!!!
I would, for sure, be the person to leave the Segway tour on a stretcher.

But it does look fun. I can't remember what tour I took - maybe the backstage holiday decorating tour- and we were also in WS before opening and I loved it!!
Also can't wait for kitchen pics!!

Can I tell you that I read this last night and cracked up to the point where my son asked me "what's so funny?" You would totally be able to do it. It really wasn't hard.
I loved being in the WS before opening. It was super cool.
I promise to post kitchen pics, I just really should have taken a picture of that wall paper to show you how horrid it was.
Looks like a fun tour. I think I would fall off! Great pics as always
It was a great tour! I highly recommend it! Very funny and entertaining. And, NO, you would NOT fall off! Glad you enjoyed the pictures. Your last pictures of your girls were outstanding!
I really want to do that Segway tour. I've always wanted to ride one of those.
It's so fun! You should definitely try it! Definitely not your every day activity!
I would like to redo my kitchen. It is getting pretty dated. The floors have been redone, but I would like new cabinets. We are getting new French Patio doors in a couple of days. The weather will probably be nasty on the day the doors are installed.
I hear ya on the dated. My kitchen has been dated for about 10 years!

Seriously, my house was built in the mid 80's and we purchased it in 1990. The people who were the original owners did a lot of the work themselves and it was interesting what they chose to spend money on and what they neglected. They put the most beautiful crown molding in many of the rooms, but they put a remnant piece of formica on the floor. It had a huge strip of discoloration. We put hardwood on the floor within the first 5 or so years.
The kitchen countertop is a blue formica with a big seam in it and no back splash. We have basically lived with it for 20 years, but now it has to go! Our cabinets our actually being refinished with new doors and ALOT of pull outs. The contractor does all the labor himself (with the exception of the counter top - that is done by the granite company) and he told me he can do everything with our existing cabinet shells that he could with new cabinets. He's clearly very smart and tech savy and gets great recommendations. Plus he is local and grew up here. He is taking over his father's business.
I am very excited to have this done. I don't even invite people over anymore because the kitchen is such a train wreck.
I would love french doors, but the construction of our doorway prohibits it. You will see what I mean when I finally post pictures!
We did get a new camera Friday, a Canon 980si. It seems to be pretty good.
Congrats on the camera!!!!!! I hope you love it. I've never met a Canon I didn't like!
