With every new incentive, the rules seem to change with Disney.
Within the last few months, however, Disney has been allowing new buyers to split their initial purchase between two different resorts and qualify for the incentives on the total purchase.
So, in theory, yes, Disney has been known to let you do that. But, the $$ off, was based on what the incentive is for each of the resorts at the 200 point level.
For example, if BLT was $17.00 off at 200 points, and VGC was only $12.00 off at the 200 point level, that is the discount you would get for each set of points--the BLT points being $95.00 and the VGC points being $100.
