When they say they are back dating your points to, let's say, 9-1-07, you are still paying for the number of points for the total amount of time right? You are just beginning to pay for the points when you agree to purchase. So the only benefit would be that if you get another set of points on 9-1-08. You can either bank the 'backdated' points or use them with the 9-1-08 points for a really big trip. Help! am i right?
