I'm probably having the meatloaf and mashed potatoes at the Prime Time Cafe...LOL! I think I have a 3:00 ressie. My staple when I go there - may also do the chicken noodle soup if I feel froggy. Then will probably do a protein bar while on the bus.
My favorite there as well! And yeah I have to remember to bring a protein bar. Thanks!
Maybe Coach could say something about post-race nutrition. I'm pretty sure that getting a meal in sometime in the 2 hours after you finish a race is VERY important.
Something more than the post-race snacks they give you (like bananas and powerade)? The last "long" night race I did was the ToT13k in '08, and come to think of it I did have an actual meal after the race, but it was a lot earlier than it will be by the time I finish this race!
