We have a family room booked at All-star music for May 5th-10th to celebrate our 3 daughters birthdays and no they are not triplets we just got lucky and all of our kids b-days are within 4 days but anyways they are really pushing to change to POP but Im not sure. I stayed at the Movies many many years ago and this is our first trip as a family so if we change to pop we will need to book 2 room which will give us more beds but no mini kitchen. So in your opinion what would you do?

Thanks,

well you can try AoA - it is next door to Pop and hoping the bridge will finally be opened. It is definitely more expensive than Music. but think it will be alot cuter.

art of amination the new resort.

I've stayed at both. I prefer POP to Music. In my opinion the bus transportation is better at POP. Everything else is about the same, just a different theme. The DDP works well for us, so we don't really need a kitchen.

We usually prefer POP to the All Stars as well. The dedicated bus is a big draw.

You don't mention how old those girls are but with 3 of them you may be thankful for 2 bathrooms (and 2 bathroom mirrors).

That was my very first first thought too--three girls, plus mom means a need for at least two bathroom mirrors.:rotfl:

I would stay with the Family Suite at the Music. Disney will not guarantee you will get connecting rooms (the rooms that have the inside door between them). They do their best to hand them out when requested, but sometimes there are just none available. Then they would expect the adults to split up and one sleep in each room.

People always rave about the dedicated buses at the Pop. What they don't go on to tell you is that the Pop is a much bigger resort than any All Star resort. So there are way more people trying to catch that bus. Also, in my many stays at the All Star Resorts each one has its own bus way more often than they share. And as you can walk to one All Star resort from another in less than 5 minutes, when they do share it is not a big deal at all.
