We tried Boma in 2002 because this forum was raving about it, but we hated it. Everything tasted like cinnamon.
I have to admit all these years later, I still see folks here raving about it and I wonder if I should give it another try.
But at the Food & Wine Festival a few years ago, I tried some kind of Berbere tenderloin tip dish, and I couldn't stand it. It tasted like the food I hated at Boma so I think it's Disney's version of African food that I don't like.
