In search of the creator of this design

Hi all, I have been hanging out over at the wedding boards when I heard about all of you, and let me say you all do amazing work! I am getting married at WDW on March 04, 2008 and found this design over on the wedding boards...

I LOVE it, and was hoping I could find the creator in order to have it customized to our names, Merisa and Adam.
